Winners of the PTA Poetry Competition
Yesterday we saw the poet Chris White visit Baston Primary School. The children had a fantastic day and the winners of the poetry competition were chosen by Chris White and announced at an assembly at the end of the day.
The winners were Danyelle Budd for KS1 and George Griffin for KS2. They each received a certificate, £10 book voucher and an enormous bar of chocolate. Chris was impressed by the standard of all of the poems that the children had done so well done to everyone for taking part.
